Helping local families in a troubling time.
The Community Food Share was set up as a small scale project in response to the difficulties faced by many in our neighbourhood.
It provides food essentials to local families from donations in the local area. Essentially it is about uniting our community and being able to share what’s on our tables.
COVID-19 has brought disruption and uncertainty to family life. St Barnabas school saw that the Community Food Share needed to be made more widely available to all those in connection with the school in this tricky time and have made this project a reality. We now want to go one step further.
Our aim is to continue the amazing work St Barnabas has done and bring the food share to more families in the area.
Check if you or your child has coronavirus symptoms
If you have any of the main symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19), you must stay at home (self-isolate) and get a test.
The main symptoms of coronavirus are:
a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
